Director of Logistics: Dave has been involved in the transportation industry since 1983, in which he has specialized in international logistics beginning in 1990. What Dave brings to CBM International is his strength in negotiation of container prices and the coordination of the actual movement of the cargo, from the US port of origin to the foreign destination. Dave also has extensive knowledge on compliance concerning all governmental regulations covering exports. This knowledge covers regulations published by the Department of Treasury (US Customs) and the Department of Commerce (The Bureau of Export Administration). Other areas of experience Dave brings are selection and evaluating Freight Forwarders, Export licensing, Incoterms, Documentation, and Anti-Boycott Compliance.
